Requirements:
  • Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations, lead staff development, implement growth strategies, manage finances, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven 2 years of experience in a managerial role, with a track record of successful branch or operations management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills; excellent attention to detail; proficiency in documentation software; effective communication and coordination abilities.
