Choose your University and Course
Choosing a university and a course could be a challenging task with lots of study options that are available.
Our experts will help you select the best fit university and course considering your interests and your previous grades.

Apply to the University
In order to apply to the selected university and course, you will require some official personal documents that include the following:
- Application Form: Complete application form should be submitted.
- Official Academic Transcript: You are required to provide the official mark sheet/ transcript of your previous educational qualifications.
- Certificate of English Proficiency Test: Students who have English as their second language are required to submit a certificate of English Proficiency Test (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE). (Exemption is provided to students who have excellent scores in English in their previous education.) *Conditions apply
- Statement of Purpose: A write-up introducing yourself, your interests, achievements, related experience, future- plans etc. This document should overall include the reason you’ve selected the particular university and the course.
- Recommendation Letter: Recommendation letter from your past institution is also another document required by the university.
- Passport: A scanned copy of your passport is also required.
- Work Experience Letter: Work experience letter if you have any.
- Verification of Employment: Letter from your employer along with bank statement of your pay slips.
- Curriculum Vitae: An updated curriculum vitae with your personal details, experiences, education, interest etc.
In case you are planning to apply with dependent, you will need to further submit the following documents:
- Marriage Registration Certificate: Your certificate of marriage registration along with marriage photographs
- Curriculum Vitae (Spouse): An updated CV of the spouse that covers all the academic and work experience details.
- Academic Documents (Spouse): It is important to also submit the academic documents of the spouse at the time of application.
Note: Please notify in case of any visa refusal at the time of your application.
*Interview: A phone or skype interview can be requested by the university in some cases.

Acceptance of Offer
After your application is submitted and you are selected, you will either receive a conditional or unconditional offer letter from the University.
Upon receiving the unconditional offer letter, you can simply proceed to the next step.
Upon receiving the conditional offer letter, you could be asked for some further information or documents after which you will receive your unconditional offer letter.

Organising Your Funding
For the Genuine Temporary Entrant Criteria (GTE) Assessment, you will be required to provide evidence of your finances which will require some essential financial documents like Bank Balance certificate and statement in order to provide the university with proof that you can finance your studies and stay in Australia.
Most students opt for education loan. You can process for your education loan from any A-grade commercial banks in Nepal.

Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE Assesment)
After acceptance of your unconditional offer letter and organizing your funding, you are required to submit your financial documents in order to obtain the Payment Approval from your university.
Note: A phone or skype interview can be requested by the university in some cases for verification.

Confirmation of Enrollment
Upon obtaining your payment approval, you can then proceed to pay your fees mentioned in your offer letter which will then help you obtain your Confirmation of Enrollment (COE) from your education provider.

Apply for your Visa
Once you receive your COE, you can then apply for your VISA online.

Get your Medicals Done
While in the process of online visa application, it will require you to get your medicals done at either Norvic or IOM on the slated date and time.

Get your Biometrics Done
Upon completion of your online visa lodgment, you will be required to visit the VFS Center on the scheduled date and time as advised by our experts.

Start your New Journey
