Get your Offer Letter

Our experts will help you select the best fit university and course considering your interests and your previous grades.

You will need the following documents to apply to the university in order to obtain your offer letter:

  • Application Form: Complete online application form should be submitted.
  • Certificate of English Proficiency Test: Students who have English as their second language are required to submit a certificate of English Proficiency Test (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE).
  • Official Academic Transcript: You are required to provide the official mark sheet/ transcript of your previous educational qualification.
  • Character Certificate: Your character certificate provided to you by your previous institution is also required.
  • Passport: A scanned of your passport should also be submitted.

Organising your Funding

After your application is submitted and you obtain your offer letter, you can then organize your funding.

You will need to prepare the following documents for your education in Ireland:

  • Verification of Income: You will need to verify the income source of the sponsor who will be funding your education in Ireland.
  • Bank Balance: You will also need to provide the evidence of your finances with a bank balance certificate OR,
  • Education Loan: You can also process for Education Loan from three banks accepted by the Irish Embassy (Everest Bank, Nepal Investment Bank and Nabil Bank).

Pay your Fees

Once you organize your funding, and submit your documents, you will receive your confirmation for payment from the education provider and you can then pay your fees along with your insurance policy for a year to obtain your Letter of Invitation

Apply for your Visa

Upon receiving your Letter of Invitation from the university, you can then apply for your visa.
